Yes. Our expertise includes training as a master goldsmith and silversmith, a diamond appraiser, as well as the qualification of European Gemmologist (F.G.G., EG). With this expertise, we guarantee you the highest quality in the consulting, creation, and evaluation of jewelry and gemstones.
A report of findings is a detailed document that describes only the characteristics of a piece of jewelry or gemstone. The goal is objective analysis, not financial valuation. A report of findings examines, among other things: the material used (e.g., gold, silver, platinum), the composition of the alloy, the authenticity of the jewelry or gemstone, as well as any possible treatments or enhancements that may have been applied.
The report of findings is particularly suitable if you want a neutral documentation of the condition and characteristics of your jewelry – for example, as a basis for further examinations, for internal documentation, or to confirm authenticity without requiring a monetary valuation.

The choice of the right appraisal always depends on the purpose. Basically, two types of valuation are distinguished:
- For inheritances and estates, an appraisal based on the liquidation value is recommended. In this case, only the pure material value is taken into account – meaning the value that could be achieved by selling the precious metals and stones on the market.
- For insurance purposes, on the other hand, an appraisal based on the replacement value is necessary. This shows how much it would cost to purchase an equivalent piece of jewelry new.
Our experts provide individual advice on which type of appraisal makes sense for your needs and, if desired, prepare the appropriate report of findings or appraisal.
If a sample ring is available, the diameter can be determined using a measuring device (e.g. ruler, caliper ...) and multiplied by 3.14. This gives you the circumference in mm and an approximate ring width. There are also other solutions which we can organise with you individually to suit your situation - please feel free to contact us!!
We traditionally craft jewelry from gold, silver, platinum, and tantalum – in alloys ranging from 585 to 999. Upon request, we also advise you on bicolor or tricolor combinations as well as alternative precious metals. This ensures that your jewelry not only fits perfectly in appearance but is also skin-friendly.
There are numerous watch batteries that differ in size, performance, and lifespan. To choose the correct battery, the watch usually needs to be opened. This requires special tools and expertise to ensure that the movement and case remain undamaged. We are happy to take care of the complete replacement – including cleaning your watch upon request.

Yes. We offer line engravings, hand engravings, and laser engravings. The suitable technique depends on the piece of jewelry, the material properties, and the desired design. Yes. In our own workshops, we carry out almost any alteration or remodeling professionally – from resizing to redesigning old pieces to combining several pieces of jewelry into a new unique creation. This way, memories are preserved while at the same time creating a piece of jewelry that perfectly suits you.
The price depends on the material, gemstone, working time, and design effort. A simple silver ring is significantly less expensive than a custom-made piece of jewelry with diamonds. That’s why we provide transparent advice and are happy to prepare a personalized offer for you. This way, you know exactly what to expect – with no surprises.
Every piece of jewelry requires individual care. For gold, silver, and platinum, a simple jewelry cloth is often sufficient to remove light dirt. For heavier soiling, we recommend a professional cleaning and polishing in our ateliers. Gemstones such as diamonds, rubies, or sapphires, on the other hand, have special requirements, as they can be sensitive to chemicals. We are happy to explain how you can care for your pieces at home – and will provide professional treatment if needed. Get in touch with us!
Yes. We accompany you from the idea to the creation of your unique custom piece. In our master workshop, jewelry is crafted according to your wishes – upon request also with 3D designs or detailed sketches. Nickel allergies are among the most common contact allergies. That is why we completely refrain from using nickel in all our jewelry pieces.
However, other metals can also trigger allergic reactions – such as copper, cobalt, or, in rare cases, even certain gold or platinum alloys, if sensitive skin reacts to mixed metals. The composition of the alloy and prolonged skin contact often play a decisive role.
To ensure your jewelry can be worn without concern, we provide you with detailed advice on the materials and alloys used. Upon request, we also create jewelry from particularly skin-friendly precious metals, so you can enjoy your pieces for a long time – without the risk of skin irritation.
An engagement ring does not have a fixed price – it should primarily reflect the taste of your partner. The choice of precious metal, type of gemstone, and its quality allow for a wide price range. Whether a classic solitaire with a diamond or a modern ring with a colored gemstone: we will be happy to advise you and show you different options – for every budget and every preference.
